    This is the best thing ever! Fissures are the worst pain. They had me on the floor crying in the awful pain. Pranicura was the answer to my prayers .Thank you so much!

    Pranicura works great in keeping things protected when engaging in physical activity like the gym or swimming. It provides a nice cooling relief and eases pain. . Overall great product though.

    Your product was a life saver. I was in my residency for Emegrency medicine and had a fissure for the first two years.     Well I was really hopeful. It didn't work for me. It does relieve itching, if thats your issue. I used it for more than 8 weeks. 1st week was great, no issues. 2nd week, a mild rash. I read that if you get this, you should push through and keep applying. 3rd week and so on, the rash got worse and worse. After 8th week I was done. Made my hemorrhoids much much worse. Overall, cleaning well and patting dry after each bathroom break and keeping very regular is best for me. Ive been dealing with hemorrhoids for 25 yrs. Now I have this jar that I dont know what to do with.
