    What seemed like a hopeless situation has finally been resolved. Nothing my gastro did helped or any prescription. I was coming to the realization I was probably going to be a candidate for surgery. I finally found this product and gave it a try. Follow all the steps as directed and persevere. After week 5 it was pretty much over. Had a few set backs along the way but won in the end. Stay soft, stay clean, and stay dry and use at least twice a day. Best of luck my friends.

    This product is 100% life saving! If you have an anal fissure then you understand the pain and agony that accompanies this issue. I tried multiple over the counter products, had a Botox injection, and prescription medication without any success. Doctor referred me to a surgeon. On a desperate whim I ordered this product and thought at this point what’s 50 more bucks. Hands down the best money spent! Within 10 days I got my life back. Now 4 weeks later I am 100% back to normal. Canceled my surgical consult and Im back in the gym! Try it. Do not hesitate. Its worth every penny and more.

    I had a case of ani pruritus that had lasted for over 8 years. After a few weeks of using this cream and following the directions, the itch totally cleared up to where it rarely itches anymore. I still apply the cream when needed. This stuff works wonders!

    I rarely write product reviews but after using this product I had to endorse it. I spent years with pain from fissures, multiple trips to doctors, and countless attempts to cure the issue. Nothing worked. So needless to say I was skeptical about this being a solution. But after six months of using the product I am pain free! This literally has changed my life. Thank you!

    I have been really pleased with this purchase. I have suffered from hemorrhoids and fissures for months and using Pranicura for just 3 days made a world of difference. Im sceptical of most online product endorsements but I am happy I took a chance on Pranicura.

    I have a recurring fissure brought on after an operation. It never heals completely and the pain is excruciating. I have tried everything. Pranicura works. Use the Pranicura as directed. I used Pranicura liberally until the pain started to subside, then used a pea-sized amount.
