I have what I call itchy ass disease for as long as I can remember. Follow the instructions for your issue and this stuff works amazingly well. Used everyday for 1 week. After that only using intermittently when required satisfies the itch almost immediately. Early days but no longer waking up in the night to itch.

Slight burn sensation initially which wanes over time.

This was my last resort before surgery after dealing with fissures on and off for years and then more so after childbirth. Within one week of using I noticed a huge difference, now I am at the 8 week mark and have zero pain or sign of a fissure. It’s worth every dollar.

This is the 1st product I have used that stops the itching really fast. Within
minutes the itching stopped. Like they said, it does not take much cream per application.

I have been using this stuff for a couple months. I first used exactly like instructions said and it did work but never fully. So I stopped for a week and my fissures quickly got worse. So now ever since then I apply a little everyday once or twice. Hoping that I can gradually get down to once a week. But even now with once a day application I still am not fully healed and still get itching. Like I said it did help with the worst of it but that's about it so far.
***Our instructions say to apply at least twice a day and to keep a coating of Pranicura on your bottom 24/7 until healed.

This may yet end up a 5 star review but only used Pranicura for 6 or 7 months now. I need more proof it is specifically the product rather than luck.
I initially made a diet change and was relying on other products to save me from excruciating pain.
Now I enhance my diet with fibre drinks and stool softeners plus use this almost permanently although as I'm learning, I'm hoping to reduce this to only when required.
It is possible to live with anal fissures with some minor adjustments to your life and the constant consideration that you are one 0bowel movement away from pain.
But I have to say, so far this seems to protect me from severe debilitating pain altogether.
If you try it, be patient, follow the instructions and use it alongside diet considerations and you should get your life back.

Yes this product does what they claim. I had given up hope and was looking at surgery. This jar saved me. I will never be without it

I discovered Pranicura after two years of agony every time I used the toilet. Numerous trips to the doctor to be told I had to be referred to the specialist at the hospital (I am still waiting on that appointment). So after being told yet again to use over the counter medicines until I could be seen (I live in the UK, our healthcare is a mess), and lots of different pills (one gave me blinding 2 day headaches) I gave up and decided to try this product. I am now pain free which sounds like its a small issue but when I say pain I am talking about breathing through pain that makes you want to scream into a towel. In the UK we dont have any product like this - so thank goodness I found it.

I have been using this product for treatment of Fissures and i find it really an amazing cream that works, reduces pain and heals the fissures. I was suffering for like a year and tried many different products that were mainly hydrocortisone based and also ointments that had lidocaine. Prolonged use of these caused me more suffering than providing me with the required relief. Thanks to a magical Pranicura cream that resulted in great improvement of my condition. The fissure is healing and the greatest plus of this product is that even prolong use does not cause any side effects. I would highly recommend this product for fissures. The ingredients in this cream are very effective, soothing and provides fast relief. 10/10 from me!

This product is fantastic. I noted some other reviewers saying it is a: LIFE CHANGER, and I agree 100%. I feel like a normal person again.
