    Thank you so much Pranicura!
    My 25 year old son with Down Syndrome has suffered for years with anal itching and hemorrhoids. I thought it would be difficult to follow the instructions for applying the cream, but persevered, and... IT WAS WORTH THE EFFORT. Two treatments a month apart have given him great relief. Its nice not to have to watch him scratching all the time!

    I have had issues with fissures nonstop after having my baby. Never had a single issue before. The tear just would not heal, despite all my efforts. It was not a diet thing at this point, my stool was completely fine. It was the fissure. I am grateful I decided to give this a try. The cream provided instant relief of itching and soreness. Within a few days it didnt hurt when I relieved myself. The main fissure has not opened at all since. Just so grateful.

    I was skeptical. Completely skeptical even after reading the reviews. I assumed they were paid or sponsored reviews. I will now admit that I was completely wrong! This cream has completely healed my entire butt from the cracked skin around the top of my butt crack to the anal fissure that I have had for 5 years. This cream is amazing and completely worth the price, cannot say enough good stuff about Pranicura!
