Happy to give feedback from Australia. I have been into long distance cycling and fitness for 14 years. Since starting that, the discomfort and itch has become worse and worse. I was unable to sleep without chronic itching for over a decade even stopping cycling etc... I had used anti biotics as the itch caused internal wounds at one point, steroid based treatment that led to surgery to remove skin tag after climbing a mountain it really has had a detrimental impact on my life. In the last 1-2 years it was becoming unbearable and was full time. The Pranicura treatment has since changed my life, its been about 6 week and i am moving to once before bed. It really has given me back a sense of being myself and normality because the impact on my mental health could of been detrimental going the way i was. I had been to doctors and even surgeons who had 0 options or advice for me. I need a strong stockpile of Pranicura to ensure i never run out so please do not go anywhere!

Ive slowed down using it. But I still itch without it not like I did 2 years ago . Why is it taking long to heal all the way ? I still love the product it works better then anything I have use and it helps me out alot but I wish it would stop itchin forever....

With recurring fissures I was at the end of my rope. From softeners to creams and even petroleum jelly the pain was intense most days. I was willing to try anything. I gave this a try with nothing to lose at that point. At first there was burning feeling which the directions say could happen but after a day or so that went away. I stuck with the treatment for the duration and along the way had a few times that I had some pain but no where near what I had before. Continued the treatment and with surprisingly successful results. As of now it has night and day improved. I am almost a afraid not to use it for fear it will come back. I would recommend this product if you are at the end of your rope too as I was.

Yes 7 different doctors , each one adding or subtracting teatment of the previous doc.The trouble was they mostly had me on steroids which was making the skin thinner and the problem worse. So steer clear of Ultraproct,Locoid, Viaderm and the like these may offer very temporary relief but they are exacerbating this ailment sent by Satan himself. There were times I would go for days without sleep and end up an incoherent mess. 7 days after starting with Pranicura a great improvement BUT you must get through the first few days with stinging/burning but this isn't that hard as it is only for a minute or so and you get the feeling of revenge on the infernal itch. So you must follow the instructions and you will benefit.

After less than 4 weeks I was fully healed from a fissure. No recurrence so far. Would order again if necessary. Can recommend for any age.

I do not usually do reviews on products but I feel I need to respond to yours. I have suffered for YEARS with anal itching and I have to say this stuff has been a game changer. Ive had set backs of course but its remarkable how quick Pranicura can turn it around. I am very glad I found it on the internet and decided out of desperation to give it a try. I rarely purchase anything online so trying this is a testament to not only how desperate I was but how important your review section was for me. EVERY comment I read was like yes, me too, yes me too. After I ordered, I was checking the mail like a kid coming down the stairs on Christmas morning waiting for it to arrive.
I realize there is no magic bullet here and its a matter of managing the condition but you folks have nailed it and have really improved my quality of life. I was suffering in silence due to the topic, I have had more doctors putting there digits where they never should be more times than I can count, and I am !00% satisfied with your product.
