    Life changing product. I have suffered from fissures on and off over the past 7 years and normally I heal with natural remedies but this time its been the worse one I had and taken longer to heal. I tried all ointments but took a long time to see any difference. Then I started to worry that surgery might be my only option and feeling very embarrassed going to a doctor. Then I searched the Internet and saw this product and thought I have nothing to lose. I bought it and what a transformation in just first day applying the cream. I saw a difference straight away and its been 3 weeks now I have been using it and I have reduced the amount of applications I take which is fantastic. I love this product. As it says you must follow the instructions and be persistent as this stuff works. Thank you for saving my life. I feel good again and comfortable within myself. The product is amazing and I will always keep a jar just in case for emergency flare up. I couldnt thank you enough and you given me my confidence back again.     I have suffered with an awful fissure after a colonoscopy gone wrong. FOR 10 YEARS! My doctor gave me a prescription cream over and over but it never worked, I wished that he could feel what he could not see. After doing some research and reading these reviews...this was my last option. I could cry writing this....     Since I have used Pranicura I have had only one bleeding incident and it was mild. I believe that it has been very healing and continue to use it as instructions dictate.
