    This cream works. Yes, there is a small burning sensation, especially as you start to use the cream. It only takes a small amount - this container will last a long time. I live in Canada and will happily pay the shipping again. I have struggled with fissures ever since the birth of my first child. I have tried so many different ointments, coconut oil, etc. Pranicura works. My symptoms have been relieved and I can tell that healing is occuring. So thankful to have found this cream!!!

    After being sick a few years back, I ended up with an anal fissure. I went to a doctor multiple times and just could not seem to get it under control so I decided to give this product a try. If you follow the instructions, it really works and provides great relief, even on those most painful days. So happy I found this!

    I have been suffering for 20 years with this and after three days no more itching and now three weeks in and I think the fissure is mostly gone. I cant believe it!

    I started feeling better IMMEDIATELY after my very first use. This stuff is so soothing and within 3 days, I was nearly 100% healed. I feel so lucky to have found this product, and as I read other reviews, I cant imagine suffering with this condition for years like some of the reviewers. I had it for maybe 2 weeks and I was miserable! My heart goes out to anyone who also has this very painful condition. Thank you, Pranicura, for helping me!! Highly recommend!

    In 15 years this is the first product that has truly worked for me. After years of waking up every night with severe itch, I’m finally sleeping itch free. I got this product from a friend and just purchased another jar. I do wish you made a pocket size tube for the occasional use outside the home.
