I am always the skeptical one with products that people swear by but this is legit the best purchase as far as health goes that I have ever made. Just trust it, so grateful.

I never write reviews for anything but I made an exception for this product. My fissures came back after about 6 months of being symptom free. This time it was much worse. I followed the same regimen my doctor put me on the first time: sitz baths, lidocaine for pain relief and the diltiazem cream. Nothing worked to help me with the pain. I found myself putting on lidocaine every hour. The worst part was I couldnt sleep at night. I was desperate and tried alot of different things I found online. I tried tumeric suppositories, dibucaine cream, lidocaine mixed with herbal ingredients, tylenol, motrin and nothing worked. I actually found pranicura a few months before I actually tried it but I dismissed it because the ingredients did not look like anything special. After a couple more months of suffering i was willing to try anything.

I have to say, this cream is nothing like anything I have tried. The first time I put it on was the first time I was pain free after 5 months of misery. I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in 5 months. When you put it on, you get this cool sensation that actually provides relief. It is not just the cream that I appreciated, it was also the detailed instructions they included on how to manage and address the issue of anal fissures. I followed their instructions and I also added fiber one into my diet to help with the constipation. The first few weeks were not easy. I was still applying the pranicura 3-4x a day but i continued to follow their plan. I stopped using all other medications including the prescribed ones from my doctor. The symptoms slowly got better and better. I would say around the 8 week mark was when I was not constantly thinking about the issue. I am now symptom free - around 10 weeks- and couldnt be more grateful that I found this product.

If you are like me and you have been suffering for a long time, I strongly suggest you give this product a try and follow their plan. Their jar might seem pricey but you are just putting on a pea size every time. My jar literally still looks full after using it for about 3 months. I wish I tried this product the first time I saw it. It would have saved me 2 months of agony. Just make the leap and give it a try. You wont regret it.

I had been dealing with fissures for over 3 decades. Even prescriptions which gave me some relief never solved the problem. There are tons of great reviews on this product and I felt compelled to come back and add mine as well in hopes that it helps someone else out there looking for an effective treatment. I originally bought this product a year+ ago and when I got it I was honestly overwhelmed reading the directions and the steps involved. It just seemed like so much work! Hint - it is not. After a hemorrhoid flare up I was really desperate for a solution. I had a script for Proctofoam from my doctor but it is ~$150 for a tiny bottle and I did not want to pay that. I dug through my cabinets and pulled out my Pranicura bottle and began reading through the directions again. They are very simple. It does take time and dedication to follow them directly. I applied after each and every movement in the bathroom. It burned! But that burning quickly turns to a cooling sensation. After a few days use I started noticing a change. I kept using it as instructed. My hemorrhoid is almost completely gone now and I have gotten so much relief from this product. Highly recommended. Get it and save your bum from continued pain! What a relief! Even while your healing it feels so much better. Cools the burning immediately. I ordered extra as it will occasionally flair up after a few months. But as soon as it does I use it and its gone right away. What a life saver! Thank you!!

I was sceptical as this was an international purchase for me and there is always risk in spending lots of money on a product that you are unsure about. But I was desperate. I had a fissure that kept reopening with every passing bowel movement and I was constantly sore and bleeding. Doing number 2s became an anxious exercise. I was getting no relief from the haemorrhoid creams I was using and was close to going and seeing a surgeon. I read the Pranicura reviews and decided to bite the bullet and give it a go. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! This stuff WORKS!! Within 3 days of following the instructions and using the cream everyday, the bleeding had stopped. Within another 3 days the pain had ceased. It has been 3 months now and I am no longer scared to poo! This amazing cream has healed my bottom. I will continue to use it and purchase more in the future should I need it. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is experiencing bum problems and just cannot find the answer.

I have been dealing with hemorrhoids that have progressed to grade 3 but stalled there for 6-7 years, I cannot even remember now. I have tried everything a person could try at home. This is my one week update: the overall discomfort has been reduced after roughly 3 days if use. No other noticeable change. Will update again in a week.
