I would recommend this to anyone having issues with fissures. It is very soothing and helps with the healing process.

I was plagued with itching for years. To the point that it greatly affected my quality of life. I went to many different doctors that tried different things, but nothing worked and they all ended up giving me steroid creams, which would help but only for a couple days and then the itch returned. When i found this product I was extremely skeptical that it would help me at all, but it had a money back guarantee so I figured I had nothing to lose. The first week that i used it, things did get worse before they got better and I was tempted many times to give up, but I continued to follow the instructions exactly as they said. The first week I was applying several times a day. Then right around a week in something changed. I had a day where I only applied twice. Then after two weeks it became only at night. I’m now about three weeks in and only applying every few days. This honestly feels like a miracle and I’m so happy to have found it. I wish more doctors knew about this and would prescribe it to their patients. I’m hopeful that my review might help others who are skeptical but desperate to find hope and try this product.

I have battled hemorrhoids for years and this past year I had a fissure that turned in to a fistula. I have seen multiple docs and was scheduled for surgery. I did not feel like the surgeons were that interested in minimally invasive alternatives and so I started to scour the world with the help of Grok to find those alternatives. Places like Scottsdale Mayo or big cities with similar well known clinics were showing up, but I really believe in the amazing design of our bodies to have the capacity to heal themselves. So, I eventually ran across this product and gave it a try with hope and optimism going in. Well, within two weeks the discharge (colored and foul smelling) from the fistula completely went away. It can occasionally be a little clear now after a couple of months of use, but it's like a 2 on a scale of 10 versus a 10 before. The before scenario was becoming untenable, changing underwear multiple times at work, constantly going to the bathroom to check the drainage and blot. I can now make it an entire day without worry by just applying the product. I hope this helps others who might be dealing with something more severe than hemorrhoids and fissure (although, those are not fun). Best wishes.

This is my third bottle. "No" I seldom use it for fissures anymore, I do use it for other uncontrollable rash, even hives and mosquito and insect bites. I recently applied it to a chemical irritation I got on the back of my hands and wrist from handling a pallet that had some kind of chemical on it that caused a severe rash. Pranicura 5 stopped the itch and helped heal the rash. Even though anal itch is embarrassing to talk about this product does work and when I hear of someone struggling with hemorrhoids or other itch I do not hesitate to recommend it. I have provided picture of the bottle through texting. As a commercial truck driver I am aware how bad hemorrhoids can be. This product should be advertised and sold in truck stops. Pranicura is the best cream out there if you want healing and relief from constant hemorrhoids and fissures. I always have it in my medicine cabinet.

While I do still have to have a papillae removed, this cream healed my skin 100% and gave me my life back. I followed the directions to a T and was healed within 4 weeks. Highly, highly recommend.

I have tried many ‘miracle drugs’ in the past and have not had much success. Pranicura 5 is the exception - I give this product a 10 star review. I was on the verge of hemorrhoid surgery. I just happened to learn about this product from my wifes coworker. The coworker said, “both my Dad and Brother were scheduled for surgery.
