    I bought this for my mother who suffered for years with hemorrhoids. Pranicura has been a godsend and she wont go without. For something this effective, it is worth the price, and a little goes a long way time. My only criticism is the pink color. I dont know if it is unavoidable due to the ingredients, but, if possible, it would be preferable if the cream were white to avoid staining the undergarments. I took off a star for that reason only.

    Suffered for years. Spent a fortune on creams, ointments, cortizone to no avail. Found Pranicura and tried it. Follow the protocols & recommendations and it will work. Expensive but it works.

    I am now on about my sixth jar in about 4 years. If anyone out there knows a more effective cure for fissures I have not found one.
    The sad thing is it isnt o.tc. not even in US and not on NHS. where unfortunately nothing comes close. Expensive?, yes BUT worth every penny.

    Was way better when it was 2 for $75.... as $55 for 1 is way to EXPENSIVE for someone on fixed income and insurance wont cover this.

    This ointment is absolutely amazing! I have tried everything for my fissures and my next step was botox. I was actively trying to get pregnant and was so worried about my fissure. I had been struggling with it for years. This stuff literally pulled me out of a deep, dark depression because I thought I would just have to live like this forever. I dont typically leave reviews, but I want people to know that this actually works extremely well.

    This was recommended to me for a friend and, I will be honest, I was a bit skeptical because I hadnt heard of the brand and the price was a bit higher than I expected. But, MY GOD. I used it for a couple of days and I was as good as new and was able to resume with my *extracurriculars* and I couldnt be happier.
